The Jerusalem Light Rail System (HaRakevet Hakala)

The Jerusalem Light Rail System runs on the line that connects Heil Ha-Avir with Mount Herzl.

From Sunday to Thursday the train passes approx. every 7 min from 5:30 am until midnight.
On Friday the last tram departs approx. at 17:15 and on Saturday the first departs approx. at 21:30.

Single Fare Ticket: 5.90 NIS (The single fare paper ticket grants one trip on board the train with no transfers to the train or bus permitted.) 10-trip-ticket, 47.20 NIS, 20-trip-ticket: 94.40 requires using a Rav-Kav card. All types of tickets for the light rail that loaded on the Rav Kav enable free travel on the light rail and on Egged buses for 90 minutes from the time of first validation.
